Mr. Kuldeep Mathur is having vast experience in International Shipping and Finance. Mr. Mathur has worked over 29 years as CEO and Group CFO of leading shipping companies in Middle East. He has also contributed to marine industry from time to time as Secretary General of 'UAE Shipping Association' (UAESA). Member of 'American Bureau of Shipping', USA. Member of 'ABS Middle East Committee‘ and Chairman of UAE Advisory Committee of Indian Register of Shipping. By proffesion, Mr. Kuldeep Mathur is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Mr. Subir Bose did his 4 years Graduation Course in Marine Engineering from the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET) at Kolkata (India). Mr. Subir Bose sailed up to the rank of Chief Engineer on General Cargo Vessels, Product-Chemical Tankers, Oil-Bulk-Ore Carriers, Self Unloading Bulk Carriers, Car Carriers and Crude Oil Tankers. Majority of his sailing had been with Wilhelmsen Ship Management for their London, New Orleans & Kuala Lumpur offices. He has been in Ship Management for over 20 years, managing various Vessel types; mainly Oil-Bulk-Ore Carriers, Product-Chemical and Crude Oil Tankers. Mr. Subir Bose is a Member of the Institute of Marine Engineers (India Chapter).

Captain Navin Chander has been previously associated with esteemed marine organizations such as Blue Lines Shipping Ltd, Gulf Navigation etc. in commercial and ship management functions. He has extensive experience of over 25 years with 13 years of sailing experience upto the level of commanding the vessel. He is a Nautical Science Graduate from prestigious Training Ship Rajendra, a Qualified Lead Auditor in ISO/ISM functions and a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Ship Broker, London.

Mr. Deepansh Mathur has completed post graduation, Masters of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School, Dubai. He has 3 years of experience in the Commercial Management and Post Fixture Activities in the Dry Bulk Sector of the international shipping industry. Mr. Deepansh Mathur has worked in the management and taken various roles in the Ship Industry Analysis, Strategic Planning, Project Feasibility Analysis and Studying of Project Investment Proposal.

Ms. Neha R Biju is Masters of Commerce (Finanace) from Baselius College, India. She has also done a Diploma in Corporate Accounts & Material Management. She is managing accounts functions of the Company.
